Andor

Most of the people heard at least once in their life about Star Wars. It doesn't matter if you have seen the movies, series or just played the games, but for everyones it's an escape to another world, where you can be yourself, jedi, bounty hunter or rebel. The cornerstone of Star Wars is the original trilogy, where Luke Skywalker leads rebels against the evil empire. But how did the rebellion start ?

This is where we get to the story of Cassian Andor. For the first time you could see him in the movie Rogue one, where he is already a captain in Rebel Alliance. In the series Andor you can see his origin story. How he unintentionally killed two imperial officers in search of his sister. But because of that, the Empire is searching for him and he gets involved with one of the founders of the rebellion. He offers him a special job, a really big theft and Andor accepts only because of the money. However later Cassian starts to witness the cruelty of the Empire and birth of the Rebellion in an amazing finale. In the lives of other characters we can see what rebelion cost them.

Another part of the series is the story of senator Mon Mothma. She is part of the imperial senate, but secretly she's a crucial part of the Rebel Alliance. Mothma is a very smart woman and politician. I can describe her best with her quote:                                                                                                                                                                                           " As long as everyone thinks I'm an irritation, there's a good chance they'll miss what I'm really doing."

This series is in my opinion the best series in whole Star Wars, because it's a little bit different from other Star Wars projects, unlike others, Andor series has a really well elaborated psychological plot. This series plays with many interesting motives and contrasts. However I would recommend this series for older audience, because you can see death, suffering, riots and things like that.

FUN FACTS:   1) When you play all of Andor Season 1's title themes together you get an astonishing symphony,                                that is metaphor of rebellion. In fact you can find it on YouTube.                                                                               2) Scenes that take place on planet Aldhani were shot in Scotland.
