If you love to drink tea the same way as I do, then is this article the right thing you should read! I can't even imagine my day without at least one cup of tea and I personally need it to have a productive and happy day. Do you feel like I am speaking to you from the heart? Then you might just be pleased with the recently published results of research that looked at drinking tea and its effect on human health.

The results of the study, the results of which were published in the academic journal Annals of Internal Medicine, indicate that regular tea drinking is associated with a lower risk of death from any cause. Compared to people who don't drink tea at all, those who indulged in two or more cups a day were 9 to 13 percent lower, the researchers said. So do not stop drinking tea, it can save your life!

Black tea

However, the result of the study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine focuses on black tea, which is the most widespread in Europe, where the study was conducted. And the data clearly show that its consumption is associated with a slight reduction in overall mortality, especially in connection with cardiovascular diseases. The results were visible for the entire period of 10 years in middle-aged people.

In November last year, the server of the British newspaper Guardian reported that drinking coffee or black tea may also be associated with a lower risk of stroke or dementia, according to the results of the largest study of its kind up to that time.

Green tea

The healing effects of green tea have been known for hundreds of years. It stimulates the mind, strengthens the organism, protects against colds and slows down aging. In traditional Chinese and Indian medicine, high-quality green tea is considered an invigorating drink. People usually drink it when they want to lose weight or get rid of health problems.

Green tea is known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, which work both internally and externally, which is why it is a suitable substance for preparing masks. Thanks to the already mentioned antioxidants and other natural substances that green tea contains, the blood vessels narrow, which leads to a reduction of the puffy face and the reduction of swelling in the face. In addition, green tea masks are a great helper in the treatment of acne. Tea tightens the pores and therefore contributes to the reduction of sebum

Matcha tea

Matcha tea has experienced a big boom in recent years. Compared to ordinary green tea, it differs in that it has a significantly higher content of antioxidants, vitamins and other health-promoting substances. Thanks to this, it positively affects, for example, immunity, detoxification of the body, burns calories, improves cholesterol levels and, according to some clinical studies, also reduces the occurrence of certain cancer diseases.

So to sum it up...it is absolutely great to drink tea and it is even healthy for you in many ways! But you should not to exaggerate it of course, because of caffeine, which is contained in the tea. You can read my previous article, which is whole about caffeine in its intake.

For those, who already drink and love tea...you should absolutely not stop drinking it!

For those, who do not like tea or just do not drink it....you should absolutely consider drinking it!

Take care of yourself <3
