Cinnamon rolls recipe

I came here with another recipe, hope you enjoy it :)

                   Ingredients: 

350 grams of plain flour

50 grams of sugar

1 packet of dried yeast 

60 ml of water 

120 ml of milk 

50 grams of soft butter 

1 egg 

Filling: 

4 packets of cinnamon sugar

3 tbsp of butter

How to make cinnamon rolls:

Mix flour, sugar and yeast. then add water and milk and then add butter and egg. We knead the dough with a whisk and then let it rise for an hour.

Then roll out the risen dough, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Then roll the dough into a roll, which is then cut into smaller rolls (2-3 cm wide). Then roll the dough into a roll, which is then cut into smaller rolls.

Bake for 25 minutes, at 180°C.
