Let's travel to South America, to Argentina. The capital here in Buenos Aires and in the whole country, there are about forty-five million inhabitants. The biggest population is in the west, on the west coast and in the capital, of course. On the east, at the border with Chile, there are mountains. The country is divided into 24 provinces.

It is an immigration country as it was explored and colonized by the Spanish people, so the official language here is Spanish. At the end of the 19th century, the Italian arrived here and because of that, in Argentina, they inherited a lot of food from them, such as pizza, or pasta. But the national food is Asado, which is grilled meat. In Argentina, it is a national custom to eat it as a family every Sunday. And we should not forget about Mate, which is hot water with herbs, it is like tea and it's truly a big tradition here. It is very rude to reject it when somebody offers it to you. And another traditional food is called empanadas, pockets made of dough stuffed with meat. From sweet food, we can mention dulce de leche, or alfajores.

They also have national music- tango. Nowadays actually not many people listen to it, but it's a part of a culture.

The main religion is Catholic, although not many people go to churches. Pope Francis is from Argentina, from Buenos Aires, and he is a child of Italian immigrants.

In most of the country, they do not have snow. But in the south, there is snow. There is a country called Tierra del Fuego- Land of fire, which is a beautiful part of South America in the very southern part of this country. There are beautiful landscapes and a Magellanic penguin lives here. If you ever want to go to Argentina, do not forget to visit the Cataratas of Iguazu, beautiful waterfalls, actually the biggest system of waterfalls on the whole planet.

And also football is very popular here. Almost everyone here, mostly men, watch or play football.

People here are very friendly and talkative. They celebrate the date when their flag was found, on 20th of June, since 1938, then independence day, on 9th July, and a day, when their prosecutors founded the schools.
