A new year is here and with it another article about the non-profit. Maybe your New Year's resolutions include wanting to help others or donating directly to charities. That is why I have prepared an article about non-profit organizations operating in the Czech Republic. It aims to help children who grow up without a family and lack love and hugs.

Good fairies take care of more than 100 children from orphanages that they visit regularly. In addition, they organize weekend and cultural events, camps, trips and educational programs for these children. They rely on individual help. Workers ask the management of children's homes and the children themselves, what bothers them, what they need help or advice with. They then develop their activities accordingly. They can adapt the program of regular visits to the individual needs of homes and each child. They play games with the children, talk with them, help them prepare for school, read the fairy tale to the little ones before sleeping. When the weather is nice, they usually spend time with the children in their garden. They talk to the elders and listen to each other. Try to build mutual trust and friendly relationships so that children can be sure that they can turn to the Good fairies at any time. Even after they leave the orphanage once.

They have been helping since 2015. They meet with the children every week, so they already know the story of each of them. Know their hobbies, joys and sorrows. They give them their time, love and attention, which children need far more than piles of toys.
