Expedition Pentagon - Orlické Hory July 2021

We completed our golden expedition, we spent three nights in a foreign environment and in our case it was the Orlické hory. Remarkable place! During our expedition we had to complete goals. Our goal was questionnaire, we asked local residents as well as tourists certain questions, thanks to which we then did a survey. So we got to know strangers and had a great talk with them.

Jára likes sports so he was asking people if they have been doing some sport and what kind. Ella was asking people what are their favourite movies, she is the chief editor of section Movies. Tereza was finding out what shops with clothes people visit most often, she is the chief editor of Fashion section. Nina is dedicated to an art and her goal was taking pictures of the country. She also took pictures of how some our questionnaries went and also some snapshots from our expedition. You can see them here in the article.

Our questionnaire was passed by a total of 10 people of all ages, so we have different results.

The first one was a native Ben. He introduced himself to us and was very talkative. He was a great athlete so he preferred to respond to Jára. He runs every day and most often to Suchý vrch which we also visited. When he was younger he used to play volleyball and tried basketball too. Now he is most filled by running. His favourite movie is Forrest Gump. He is his idol and when Ben is running he is imagining that he is Forrest Gump. He prefers sports brands, his favourite is Nike.

The second respondent was a lady from Kladruby. She used to do athletics and now she keeps herself fit by going on trips. She likes many films and can't choose just one. Her favourite ones include, for example, Love Actually. She is not so interested in fashion and is buying what is comfortable for her. Suit her stores like C&A or H&M.

The third respondent was sixteen years old miss from Hradec Králové. She is dancing but mostly just recreationally. She also likes to swim and run. Her favourite film is Dirty Dancing. She really likes the plot but also is interested in the dance moves just because she dances herself. Her favourite store is Bershka because she always finds there what she is looking for.

The fourth one was a mister from Pardubice. He isn't interested in sports, he prefers playing chess or reading. Nevertheless, sometimes he likes to swim or go on hikes. He likes old Czech films, he loves the humor. He likes the most Vrchní prchni starring Josef Abrhám. He prefers quality to quantity so we won't find many pieces in his cabinet but they are high quality and more expensive. He likes brand Lacoste.

The fifth respondent was eight years old boy from Plzeň. He is playing football and he likes it very much. He also likes to ski. His favourite movie is Cars. His mum is buying clothes for him and it is mostly in Next or H&M.

The sixth person was a mister from Ostrava. He used to play football and also hockey. Today he plays sports just for recreation. His unrivaled favorite film is Pulp Fiction from Quentin Tarantino. He can watch it over and over and never gets bored. He has many shops where he buys his clothes, he prefers to shop online because there is all together. He newly uses Zalando where he finds so many pieces.

The seventh lady was from Ústí nad Orlicí, it is close from the place where we were staying. She isn't interested in any sport and she told us that she isn't good at it anyway. However she likes to swim. She likes Mamma Mia and musicals in general. She enjoys shopping and she likes to go to New Yorker, the price-performance ratio suits her there.

The eighth respondent was an older man from Příbram. When he was young he used to play tennis and whatever sport used to amused him. Now he likes the most to go on trips with his grandchildren. He is into every film with Vinnetou. He often buys his clothes in small Czech stores, the priority for him is a comfort.

The ninth person was a young man around twenty years from Prague. He is playing basketball on a professional level and he was just nearby on a sport camp. He likes other sports too. His favourite film is Fight Club with Brad Pitt and Edward Norton. He prefers sport brands like Adidas.

The last respondent was a lady from České Budějovice. When she was young she used to do gymnastics on a professional level. She is a trainer now so we can tell that she really likes sports. She likes to watch TV shows on Netflix, lately she has been interested in British TV show Crown or Spanish TV show La casa de papel. Her favorite brand is Zara.

We would evaluate our expedition positively. Our goals were met and thanks to them we became part of new meetings with people. And a bonus for us was a beautiful nature.
