PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals)

We know there are many organizations, which protect children's or human rights, but what about animals? They need to be protected too. We should think about them too, we should take care of them too. They can't talk, so they can't tell us what they do or do not like. I am talking about the abuse of animals in the industry, factories and laboratories. For these reasons, there have been established several organizations , PETA being one of them.

PETA is the largest non-profit animal rights organization in the world. Its slogan is "We have no right to eat animals, wear their skins and furs, perform experiments on them, use them in the entertainment industry, or exploit and abuse them in any other way." It focuses its activities mainly on four areas where animals are most often being abused: farms and factories (breeding animals for the purpose of processing meat and other products), laboratories (using animals to test cosmetics, drugstore products, medicine, etc.), the clothing industry (fur trade and its acquisition) and the entertainment industry (circuses, etc.). They also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of rodents, birds and other animals who are often considered "pests" as well as cruelty to domesticated animals. PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research and animal rescue.

And now for the question of how you can help. Of course, with just a small amount of money, you can save these animals and help this organization with fighting for animal rights. For as little as $5, you can provide a neglected dog with a week's worth of food and a generous gift of $350 can help supply PETA investigators with the resources they need to reveal the cruelty that animal abusers desperately try to hide. Just click here for their websites and DONATE NOW. Your help always counts!<3
