Sleeping is a state of tranquility with minimal physical activity in a typical position at a suitable location with limited perception of the surrounding environment. The mental activity of the brain is completely different from the waking state. But our brain is still active and that's why we have dreams. The length of sleep is 7-8 hours. When you sleep longer or shorter it can have negative effects.
Today many people have a problem with sleeping and I think it's, because they have a lot of work and don't sleep regularly, so they are overworked and tired, because they don't sleep well at night. I hope, that these people remember parents words: " Go to bed early and early bird catches the worm"
Now I have here some advice for better sleeping:
sleep regularly and get up regularly
don't sleep during the day
physical activity during the day, not much exercising before bedtime
use the bed only for sleeping
quiet environment if it is possible
sleep in a ventilated room tempered to 17 - 21 ° C
do not take caffeine and alcohol regularly at bedtime
do not overeat before bedtime
If you do not fall asleep in 30 min, get up and do uninteresting and monotonous work
