Sponge cake recipe

Let's dive into our first sweet recipe :)

Ingredients: 

300 grams of semi-coarse flour

200 grams of sugar

baking powder

4 eggs

a cup of milk

a cup of oil

1 tbsp of cacao

How to make sponge cake:

Mix together the yolks and sugar. Then we add milk and oil and then we mix it together with the flour and baking powder. Then whisk the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold them into the batter. Grease the baking dish with oil and put there half of the batter . Into the other half, put 1 tbsp of cacao and then add it to the form.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
