SPORT AS A BUSINESS

Today I want to tell you about investing in your physical skills and health.

Similarly, as in the office, you can make a lot of money as a sportsman. Today, I will tell you something about the best and the richest sportsmen.

Without a doubt, the richest sportsman in the last few years is Floyd Mayweather. He made 220 mil. dollars per one year (2019). He is a famous boxer with a score of 50-0-0, which means that he had 50 fights and he won all by KO, TKO, or decision. His last and most profitable fight was against Conor McGregor, it was a "Money Fight". It meant that it wasn't about titles or moves on rankings, only about publicity and PPV (pay per view), everybody wanted to make a lot of money. And they made it. This amount (220 mil. dollars) Floyd made only from one fight! That is crazy.

From another sport, Cristiano Ronaldo made 109 mil. dollars in 2019. But this salary doesn't matter if he has a good year or not.

There are a lot of other guys from the sport who are millionaires.

Think about it, the office is not the only way to get rich. You don't have to work hard in a boring job if you want to live your dream. You have to follow it and don't listen to these guys who are telling you that this way is wrong and you should go to a normal job and live a normal boring life.

Be different, don't give up your dreams.
