The magic of Red Bull Racing

This chapter won't be that much about the whole F1 sport, but it will be more about one specific team, which I like the most. I think that it is not really F1 that got me interested in Red Bull, even though they are a great team. Also, it's not because of the energy drinks they are making (I don't drink that), but it was the company itself. It is because of the marketing and how they represent themselves. Red Bull does not really do ads in tv and other platforms that much, of course they have some, but not so often. They use their sponsored athletes and teams to promote it and they don't choose the sports by accident, it is the most watched like football, they have at least 4 teams across Europe and NA, but most of the time they choose adrenaline sports like Red Bull Air Race or F1. I also really like stunts that Red Bull is making such as Max driving on snow or we even saw RB filming in Prague in 2021.

They started in F1 as a basic sponsor of Sauber, but as the time flew, they became title sponsor and then bought a team called Jaguar racing. Their start wasn't really a success, it was success until 2009, when they finished second in the constructor's championship. From 2010-2013 was just the Red Bull era, they won both titles in these 4 years. In the present years they are mostly finishing in the top three, but they are leading the 2021 season as we are heading into Baku GP. They had tried a variety of engine manufacturers, but after a breakdown with Renault, they are using Honda engines. But there is a plot twist, Honda had announced that they are leaving F1, even though they had a contract with RBR. Both companies decided that it would be best if Red Bull stick to these engines with Honda's help. The new manufacturer of power units will be called Red Bull powertrain limited.

Red Bull actually has two teams, one is a top team and second one is midfield team called Alpha Tauri after a rebrand from Scuderia Toro Rosso, because of a new fashion brand made by Red Bull.
