-THE MIRACULOUS CHILD-

11.05.2017

I want to ask you something. Do you believe in miracles? This is a very important question because if you do believe than you see life completely different than someone who doesn't. That means that your philosophy is different from the others... you are different. I want to tell you a story and I want you to read it carefully. I have no intent to convince you I just want to make you think.

This is a story about a young woman who couldn't have children. She met a guy and they got married. But they still couldn't have a family so one day she cried to God and promised to devote her life to him if he gives her a baby. And she got pregnant. But she forgot her promise and everything went fine. Until the first complication came. She almost lost her child. Suddenly she remembered her promise and started to pray again wishing to have a healthy baby. But that wasn't all. She prayed for a girl with a big blue eyes, dark hair and long eyelashes. Unfortunately, the second complication came. Doctors found out that the woman suffers from a disease that in the best case would make her child blind...in the worst case it would kill the foetus. During that time her body started to reject the baby inside of her. And for a while doctors thought that the child is already dead. After a long nine months, the baby was to be born on the Christmas Eve. Doctors were pulled out from their Christmas tables (most of them still having a hangover). And the third complication came. This little child tried to be Superman so it put its hand before its head... which is a completely wrong way for a baby to be born. With mother under the sedatives and baby on the way doctors did their best to make it to the surgery room on time which was very difficult considering that there was no elevator and the room was on a completely different floor.

And there it was. 1:20 p.m. A child's cry filled the hospital and hearts of doctors and parents melted down. They were looking at a girl with blue eyes, dark hair and long eyelashes. A little Christmas miracle was born. Her parents gave her a name that completely fits her- it's from Greek- RESURRECTED. But they didn't know it back then. They just liked the name itself...Anastasia.

I believe in miracles... after all

I AM ONE.

This is a true story describing one of the miracles that's happened in Shevchuk's family.
