To many people, the name Tom Hiddleston doesn't have to mean anything, but he is actually a very famous and successful actor.

Thomas William Hiddleston was born in London on February 9, 1981, to Diana Patricia Hiddleston and James Norman Hiddleston. He studied at Windlesham House School, Dragon School, Pembroke College, Eton College and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. His father didn't really support him in acting. He thought that acting wasn't something he could do for a living. Luckily Tom proved him wrong.

He played such an indispensable role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as is Loki Laufeyson. He is the main villain in the first Avengers: the Avengers from 2012. His role as Loki was also essential in the movies Thor (2011), Thor: The Dark World (2013) and Thor: Ragnarok (2017), and he appeared at the beginning of Avengers: Infinity War (2018). He also had two cameos in Avengers: Endgame (2019) and appeared a few times in Marvel's What If...? (2021) series. And then, finally, in 2021, he got his own mini-series called Loki. Some of his other movies are, for example, Only Lovers Left Alive (2013), The Crimson Peak (2015), I Saw the Light (2015), Kong: Skull Island (2017) or The Simpsons: The God, the Bart and the Loki (2021).

He is also known for his former relationship with famous singer Taylor Swift, from which he learned to keep his private life more secret. In 2019 he started dating actress Zawe Ashton, but as I already said, he learned to keep his life more personal so we could see them officially together for the first time on the red carpet of the 2021 Tony Awards. Earlier this year, based on photos from the 2022 BAFTA Awards, we could say that the couple is engaged, based on the actress's engagement ring on her ring finger. We, of course, could talk about it only as rumours because the couple didn't confirm it, but later as the media were going crazy, Tom confirmed their engagement in an interview for the Los Angeles Times. In June, on Mr Malcolm's List's red carpet, we saw Zawe not only with her engagement ring but also with her pregnant belly. People, of course, were so happy for the couple and even more when we heard that the actress had given birth to their first child in October. Unfortunately, the couple hasn't shared anything about their firstborn yet, but hopefully, they will in the future.

2023 will also be a happy year, mainly for the fans, because Tom will return as Loki in Loki season 2, and Zawe will join him in the MCU, staring as All-Dan, the main villain in Marvel's, which is a sequel to Captain Marvel.
