'I've been traveling my whole life.' With this sentence, her narration began. This young woman, with a fearless and fierce soul, has seen possibly every corner of our planet. And her experience? It's irreplaceable. She was born in Germany, but since she was three, she had lived in Singapore with her parents.

Four years later, they decided to move back to Germany. I think I can't even imagine what a shock this had to be for a little girl. After all, it's half a world away! But not for her. She adapted to the environment, people and language pretty quickly. But her memories of Singapore are still with her. She can still sing the 'Happy Birthday' song in Chinese! Back in Singapore, it was also her first contact with the English language. Little did she know, English will be a huge part of her life.

Years went by and suddenly she was almost finished with her high school education. And then, when she was 16, the opportunity to go to Panama for an exchange program. And she agreed even though she didn't know any Spanish at that time! So she moved to Panama and stayed there for a year. 'The first two or three months were terrible,' she said. 'I am a very talkative person and I couldn't communicate with anyone because of the language barrier.' I can imagine that it had to be really stressful. But now she is very glad that she went there and that she has the experience.

Then she came back to Germany to finish with her high school. Finally, after a year, no more high school for her! Then came a time to choose a university for her further studies. So she chose to study management.

'After the first semester, I immediately knew that it's not for me,' she stated. 'I remember crying about assignments, stressing about school and staying up late to study. It was awful.'

She felt that her life needed a huge change. So she left Germany for a while and went to the Down Under. She spent half a year in Australia, she cleared her mind and when she came back, she finally knew what she really wanted to do. She realized that everywhere she went, she had always helped people to study or just to learn something new and fun. Even in high school she often played the role of the teacher. And when she was in Australia, she realized that her and teaching are a pair made in heaven.

She went back to Germany and immediately applied for a university. She was determined that she wants to become a primary school teacher. Children and teaching are her passion, and she walked a long way to discover that.

Because of her hard work and love for what she does, she is going to be a great teacher.
