Walnut-apple cake with Parisian whipped cream

Ingredients

150 grams of sugar
4 egg yols + 4 egg whites
150 grams of grated apples
100 grams of grated walnuts
1 spoon of cacao powder
1 spoon of semolina
1/3 of baking powder
for the cream:
34% 250ml of whipped cream + 100 grams of dark chocolate
How to make walnut-apple cake:
1. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks.
2. Stir in the cocoa.
3. Stir in nuts and apples.
4. Mix the semolina with the baking powder.
5. Let it rest for 10 minutes and in the meantime, make solid snow from 4 egg whites.
6. Stir the snow into the mixture.
7. Grease the baking form for the cake and sprinkle it with semi-coarse flour.
8. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in hot ait at 180° for 40 minutes.
How to make Parisian whipped cream:
1. The day/evening beforehand, mix the whipped cream with the chocolate and stir in a hot water bath until dissolved.
2. After it cools down, put it in the fridge and on the 2nd day, let it cool and immediately put it on the cake.
You can decorate the cake, just like I did.
