A girl was playing in the sand

when a light touch on her tiny foot she felt

her eyes looked towards that little leg

and her cheeks got a bit red

Even though the winter was severe

her frozen lips conjured a smile

and her hands were shivering with cold

until her grinning got multiplied.

Now, both children are playing in the sand

and you may think they're frozen to the bone

but the whole world belongs to them

They found each other

they no more feel cold

And what's more than that?

they will no more play alone.
