Tangled

Tangled is an animated film by Nathan Greno and Byron Howard by Disney. It brings together well known voices of Mandy Moore as Rapunzel and her chameleon Pascal. Zachary Levi as Flynn Rider and his horse Maximus and Doona Murphy as the Mother Gothel.

The plot is very unpredictable. There is a witch called Gothel, who is obsessed with the magical flower which gives her beauty and youth. One day castle guards take the flower to cure the queen. The queen's health gets better, and soon she will give birth to a child called Rapunzel. Thereafter, the Gothel finds out what happened with the magical flower, she decides to kidnap Rapunzel. Gothel incarcerates her in a tall tower for life. Every evening Gothel brushes Rapunzel's hair and sings a magical melody to be still young and beautiful. Rapunzel's hair starts glaring as that magical flower she used to look after. One day Rapunzel meet mysterious man called Flynn Rider, and she runs away. Her great adventure starts.

The protagonists and their voice-overs are a harmonious and flawless combination. However, the songs during the scenes are atrocious and distracting. We would prefer if there were no songs at all. That said we appreciate the animation of Rapunzel's hair, because it was very exacting task to make, and we are amazed by the final animation.The Czech dubbing is flawless, though not superior to the original.

To summarize, Disney made up one of the best animated fairytales of all time. Don't miss it, without?
